Astroforum.nl

My fairly large (about 3000 unique visitors/day) vBulletin powered community about amateurastronomy in the Netherlands and Belgium. It is hosted on a dedicated server, powered by CentOs Linux.

Astrowiki.nl

A Wikimedia wiki integrated with vBulletin.

Marc van der Sluys' fantastic website with real time information and calendars in the Dutch language.
Almost written entirely in Perl it is a real masterpiece.

SQM.waarnemen.com
Shows the SQM readings in a nice Google Maps format. Programming made by Joep (member Redfish on Astroforum.nl)

Podcast 'De Nachten'

Together with old friend Maarten Roos PhD, a former planetary scientist and nowadays a filmmacker I present the monthly podcast called 'De Nachten'
There's a variety of subjects, science news and interviews and a monthly stargazing guide. All spoken in the Dutch language (sorry folks).

Map making program
Based on the open source library PP3, i’ve made a php version (a wrapper). Just give an object name after the ?ID= parameter and it draws a nice map.

Twitter interface
Using the OAUTH library and php, twitters who follow @astroforumnl get a nightly update with nightsky events.
